#16 Guadalupe Mountains (TX)

Beautiful, desolate and windy!! We took a couple great hikes, enjoyed learning about the first successful east/west passage through the area and the ingenuity of the first Anglo settlers in the area. This park is a hidden jewel. There were lots of hikes available, but the wind was such we decided to move to lower elevation.
